La Houblonnière de la Chistrée is a cooperative that aims to structure and relocate a resilient production of brewing hops in Belgium, in a sustainable way. Based on the observation that it is extremely difficult to find local quality hops, a group of brewer friends launched an experimental micro-hop field in 2020 producing a few dozen of kg. They now wish to professionalise this activity and move to a higher scale with the exploitation of a 1.5 hectare hop plantation in Buzet, managed according to the principles of agroecology and the maintenance of biodiversity. To carry out their project, the Houblonnière de la Chistrée is looking for new cooperators to finance the planting of the hops, the agricultural tools and the associated labour, for a total of 200,000 euros. Join the hop adventure now and benefit from the Tax Shelter in 2022, a tax reduction of 45% of the amount you invest in this cooperative!

I invested in La Houblonnière de la Chistrée because I am convinced that there is a good place for local hops in Belgian beers. I wish you a lot of success!

I invested in La Houblonnière de la Chistrée for the following three reasons: - Relocation in Wallonia of a hop production (which is largely outsourced to the United States, Germany) and moreover in our country which is the land of Beer! - This project focuses on agroecology which preserves the soil, biodiversity and avoids the use of polluting and carcinogenic inputs (pesticides, fungicides, non-decarbonated fertilizers, etc.) - The team behind the project :-)

I invested in La Houblonnière de la Chistrée because they are entering a market that looks interesting in Belgium and the presentation convinced me of the team's capabilities. The Tax-Shelter is the final push to get into this investment.
