Despite several fundraising attempts and recovery efforts, Solarly has not been able to overcome its financial difficulties. Delays in securing critical funding and the accumulation of significant losses have led to an untenable situation. Although business operations continued, efforts to improve cash flow, reduce costs, and diversify market segments were not enough. The Board of Directors, faced with the lack of new liquidity and the worsening situation, made the decision to declare bankruptcy.
